Bought on nebulacolors.com? You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund.

Bought on Amazon? Amazon's return policy applies. Start the return from Your Orders on Amazon.

Email Info@NebulaColors.com with your order number and what went wrong. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Please send the planter back unused, in its original box, with the mesh pad and plug. Plants and soil can't be returned.

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you won't need to send the broken one back.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: we cover it.
Changed your mind: you pay return shipping. Your original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Once the return arrives, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
